Return Policy

*We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 25% restocking fee (25% of the cost of the item). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method within 10 business days. Customers are not refunded shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us. 

*In the case of a damaged product, customers can receive a free replacement at no cost if the customer contacts us within 30 days of product delivery. To receive a free replacement for a damaged product, please take a picture of the damaged piece and attach a photo in an Email within 30 days of delivery. Once received, we will begin processing the replacement order at no cost to the customer. If for any reason, the customer decides they do not want the item to be replaced, then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
